Ryan completed his Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University in 2017 before undertaking his Practical Legal Training and his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Queensland University of Technology in 2018. Since being admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2018, Ryan has had a broad range of experience working across several different areas of law in South-East Queensland, including estate litigation, property law, personal injuries law, and civil litigation, however since his admission his primary area of practice has always been family law.

Ryan prides himself on his ability to assist clients in reaching amicable and commercially-minded resolutions for their matters, but he is also a determined advocate for them when the need arises.  He has had an array of experience through a variety of family law matters and has appeared for clients and instructed counsel on several complicated parenting and property matters, including at interim and final hearings, contravention hearings, and costs hearings in both divisions of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, as well as other appearances in the Magistrates Court of Queensland and the District Court of Queensland.
