Andrew was admitted to practice in 2012 and has practised exclusively in family law since that time.

Andrew has extensive litigation experience and technical expertise in all areas of family law. He has represented clients in proceedings in the Federal Circuit Court, Family Court, Children’s Court, Supreme Court and Magistrates Court, and in appeals to the Full Court of the Family Court of Australia and High Court of Australia. His true passion is assisting clients to reach negotiated outcomes outside of court, using his experience and technical expertise to effectively advocate for clients in negotiations.

Andrew has been involved in numerous international family law matters, both parenting and financial, including cases determined under the Hague Convention (Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction).

Andrew also has particular expertise and interest in the involvement of third parties in financial proceedings.
