Shannon Boyer holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.), Concurrent Diploma in Arts (Classical Languages) and a Master of Education from the University of Melbourne as well as a Doctor of Law (JD) and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP) from the Australian National University. Shannon was admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Victoria in May 2021.

Before entering the legal profession, Shannon worked in Government and then as a specialist teacher in both Senior School and University settings.

Shannon is an empathetic and strategic thinker who is committed to delivering a positive experience for clients. Shannon understands the stresses and complexities of family life from the perspective of one who for many years played the role of a primary care giver to a young child in a busy household.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys cooking for his family and spending quality family time with his wife, daughter and Frenchie in outdoor activities.
