Evan was admitted to Practice in 2020 and has practiced exclusively in Family Law since this time. 

Initially joining AFL Kordos in 2021, Evan spent a few years at a multidisciplinary firm, before returning to the AFL family in 2026.

Evan is an accredited specialist in Family Law, and brings an empathetic, empowering and practical approach to his practice when guiding his clients through the confusing and often stressful minefield of parenting and property disputes.

Evan is a staunch advocate for his clients, having acted as a solicitor advocate in mediations, as well as in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria. 

He has experience in a wide range of property and parenting matters including: Binding Financial Agreements (both drafting and setting aside), high conflict parenting matters with allegations of Family Violence, and the division of complex asset structures.
