Michael completed a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and Fine Arts degree at the Queensland University of Technology prior to completing his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and his admission to the profession.

Michael has practiced exclusively in Family Law since his admission, and for several years prior as a Legal Researcher, Legal Assistant, and Law Graduate.

Michael understands that the breakdown of a relationship can be emotionally challenging and destabilising. He takes a pragmatic and empathetic approach to resolving family law matters and focuses on minimising conflict wherever possible, keeping matters out of court when practical and appropriate.

He is a motivated member of our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast offices, and on the weekend, you will find Michael reading a good book.
