It is Rebekah’s goal to help families get through difficult times, with superior service and client-focused results.
Rebekah Little has experience in a range of parenting and financial matters, including divorce, property, and parenting matters, and deals in both simple and complex cases. She has appeared on behalf of clients in the Family Court of Western Australia, the Magistrates Court, the District Court, and the Children’s Court.
Over the past 20 years, Rebekah has gained experience in both academic and practice based roles, working at a variety of Australian law firms in the family law, commercial, insurance, and property fields.
Rebekah is an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is adept at exploring options that enable her clients to avoid Court proceedings where possible by negotiation and mediation, but she also recognises the importance of litigation and when to use it.
Rebekah constantly strives to obtain the optimal outcome in an efficient and cost-effective way.
Rebekah Little is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia and Women Lawyers of Western Australia.
