Rosie has 9 years of experience working within recruitment agencies and in-house Talent Acquisition roles, predominantly looking after white-collar corporate positions. She has supported clients in a variety of industries, from multinational corporations such as big 4 audit and accounting firms, global media companies, healthcare and educational organisations, through to the Australian Federal Government.
Rosie has experience supporting clients and hiring managers with sourcing senior level roles, such as Managing Directors and CEO’s through to entry level positions and support roles, such as Receptionists and Administrators. Rosie has managed the full recruitment cycle, from advertising vacancies, sourcing and screening candidates, through to negotiating offers and managing onboarding processes. She has worked on talent acquisition and attraction projects, building collaborations with universities, developing candidate pipelines and implementing strategies for talent shortages.
