Naz is a family lawyer with a diverse legal background and a broad range of skills he brings to bear on understanding his clients’ needs and achieving the best family law outcomes for them. Naz joined Australian Family Lawyers in 2024. Prior to joining the firm he worked in legal practice for five years across a range of areas including Family Law, Property Matters, Retirement Living and Wills and Estates.

Naz holds a Bachelor of Laws, achieved with Distinction, from Griffith University. During the study of his Bachelor degree he gained extensive pre-admission work experience at the legal practice, by volunteering at a legal centre on the Gold Coast and by tutoring fellow law students. Prior to his legal studies Naz was a media executive in Sydney managing a range of television, online and print publications.

He was admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland in September 2020. Naz is a member of the Law Society of Queensland and has been admitted to the High Court of Australia.
