Amy Noble
Amy Noble joined Withnalls Lawyers in 2015 having previously worked at the Northern Territory Legal Aid Commission. She was admitted to practice in the Northern Territory and High Court of Australia in 2015.
Amy practices in Family Law (encompassing property and parenting proceedings, de facto relationships, divorce, child support, relocation and urgent recovery applications), Criminal Law, Domestic Violence matters (on behalf of applicants, protected people and defendants) and Civil Litigation (including statements of claim and enforcement proceedings).
Amy appears as an advocate in the Family, Supreme and Local Courts. Amy also volunteers as a panel member on the Northern Territory Rugby Union Judiciary, and as a player representative at the Northern Territory Football League Tribunal.
