Rose holds a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. Rose joined the Australian Family Lawyers team in 2015 and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in early 2016.

Rose works alongside our senior lawyers in the areas of divorce and separation, property settlements and children’s matters. She is experienced in liaising with clients, researching complex family law issues, drafting court documents, preparing subpoenas and attending Court.

Rose previously gained experience in court processes working as a Legal Assistant for prominent taxation and employment law barristers. She has also volunteered as a Legal Intern at Environmental Justice Australia where she gained experience in legal research and preparing matters for VCAT.
