Jesse has been working in customer service roles throughout his entire career in various business industries including retail and IT. He prides himself on being organised, dedicated, and committed to providing a great customer service experience to every new client. 

Building on his previous customer service experience, Jesse was our first Client Support Officer at Australian Family Lawyers and is motivated by helping to build and improve  new client experience.
