Practice Leader – Sunshine Coast

Charlotte is our Practice Leader on the Sunshine Coast region of Queensland. She has specialised in Family Law throughout her career, initially in Victoria before settling on the Sunshine Coast in the last few years where she managed another Family Law team in another Private Practice.

Charlotte brings extensive experience across a range of simple and complex Family Law issues from divorce/separation, parenting , property settlements and domestic violence.  Her strong communication, negotiation and advocacy skills mean that her clients are always professionally and proactively supported throughout all stages of their matter whether in simple negotiations, more complex alternative dispute avenues or if necessary via the courts.

Charlotte is very engaging to work with, she is empathetic to the challenges her clients face, but strong, confident and strategic in helping them navigate their matter and achieve an outcome at the earliest opportunity.

Charlotte studied Law and Arts at La Trobe University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia in 2015.
