Shelley was admitted to practice in 2013 and started her career in remote South Australia, working in Family Law with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander survivors of Domestic Violence.
She continued her work in regional South Australia working in general practice across a diverse range of practice areas, including Estate planning. She has gained a deep understanding on how property settlement matters can impact on other areas of family planning and succession planning, and vice versa.
Shelley has experience in a broad range of family law matters, including children’s matters, child support, domestic violence and property settlement for both married and defacto relationships. She welcomes all clients, including those in the LGBTQI community.
Shelley understands that family makes up the fabric of who we are and trying to untangle that is one of the most challenging experiences we can face. Her empathetic, practical approach to resolving these issues ensures she listens to what matters to you and communicates clearly throughout the process. She is passionate about achieving the outcome that will enable you to move forward and build a confident future.
